最近一段时间，国际金价波动加剧，年初以来最高涨幅近30%，国内品牌首饰金价格最高突破了每克千元。目前，金价又有所回调。面对金价波动，最近的黄金消费又有哪些新变化？记者来到黄金市场进行探访。
在北京的一家珠宝城柜台前，有不少顾客正在挑选、询价。一位商家告诉记者，虽然近期金价波动，店铺的客流量较此前高峰有所回落，但平均每天仍有数十笔成交，到周末会达到上百笔。
锡金这地儿，搁在喜马拉雅山南边，风景好得跟画似的，北边挨着中国，东边是不丹，西边靠尼泊尔，南边连着印度的西孟加拉邦。历史上，锡金跟西藏关系挺铁，从7世纪到19世纪末，整整1200多年都算西藏的地盘。
不过到了1890年，英国殖民者跟清政府签了个《中英会议藏印条约》，把锡金划成英国的保护国。1947年印度独立后，锡金这块“遗产”就落到了印度手里。1950年，印度跟锡金签了个《印度-锡金和平条约》，说好了印度管锡金的外交、国防和通信，锡金自己还能管管内政，算是有点自治权。
可这自治也没维持多久。到了1975年，印度直接动手，把锡金吞了，彻底变成自己的一部分。这事儿听起来挺霸道，但背后有不少门道。
20世纪70年代，锡金内部乱成一锅粥。咋回事呢？主要是尼泊尔移民来得太多，把人口结构给搅和了。这些移民信印度教，占了锡金人口的75%，而原来的菩提亚人和雷布查人信佛教，人数被挤成少数，两边矛盾越来越大。政治上也分裂了：锡金国家大会党亲印度，想废了国王直接并进印度；锡金国家党撑国王，想保住独立。1973年，锡金首都甘托克街头闹起来了，抗议声浪一波接一波。印度瞅准机会，派兵进去，说是“帮忙平乱”。
1975年4月9日，印度军队正式动手，彻底控制了锡金。国王佩登·东杜·南嘉被软禁，议会给整了个决议，把国王废了。4月14日，印度搞了个公投，说是97.55%的人同意并入印度。5月16日，印度议会通过宪法第36修正案，锡金正式成了印度第22个邦。从头到尾不到俩月，锡金王国就没了。
这公投听着挺“民主”，但其实水分大得很。投票的时候，印度军队盯着，选民名单里尼泊尔移民占大头，原住民的声音根本传不出去。不少锡金人后来都说，这结果是印度硬压出来的。
印度这么干，按理说国际社会该有点反应吧？可1975年这事儿愣是没掀起啥大浪，连联合国都没吭声。咱得看看当时的世界啥样。
1975年是冷战高峰期，美国和苏联俩大佬掐得正欢，全球分成两派。印度呢，不偏不倚，搞了个不结盟运动，在美苏之间左右逢源。这招挺聪明，既不得罪美国，也不惹苏联，还给自己挣了个“大国脸面”。所以，印度吞锡金的时候，美苏都不想为这点“小事”跟印度翻脸。美国想着拉拢印度对付苏联，苏联也拿印度当亚洲的盟友，两边都睁一只眼闭一只眼。
